The Soundlounge only offers full refunds in the event of the following circumstances:
- The show is cancelled either by the promoter, artist or organiser
- The show is postponed either by the promoter, artist or organiser
However, in some circumstances, at the discretion of the organiser, credits may be offered for future shows for equal or lesser value than the original tickets purchased.
In order to request a credit, contact must be made with the organiser at least 24 hours before the show is scheduled to start.
